Estimates

-- We welcome walk-in estimates with no appointment necessary. One of our certified estimators is available at all times.

​-- We work directly with your insurance company throughout the estimate and repair process and we are a direct repair facility for many major insurance companies.

-- We work with all insurance companies and are happy to provide estimates on repairs of all sizes.

​Repairs

​-- Our technicians break down the damaged areas on your vehicle and perform a thorough inspection to ensure the right parts are ordered and to identify any additional damage not visible during the original estimate.

-- We complete all body work in addition to any necessary uni-body and full frame straightening.

​-- Our computerized paint matching system ensures a perfect finish that will completely restore the repaired area.

​-- Your repaired vehicle will undergo a complete inspection before it leaves our facility with the full backing of our customer satisfaction guarantee..

Rentals

​-- Should you need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired, we can help with that, too.  We work directly with Enterprise offering on-site pickup and return. We can also assist with rentals from other companies.

What you should know

​-- Decide for yourself where you want your repairs done. You have a right to choose which repair facility you use following an accident and while you are free to obtain multiple estimates, you're only required to have one. Understand that the lowest estimate isn't always the best choice, since it might not include all of the parts and repairs necessary to restore your vehicle to new condition.

​-- While you're free to do so, it's not necessary to return your  vehicle to the dealership for collision repair if it's under the manufacturer's warranty. Vehicle warranties cover only the parts used in the repair process -- body work and refinishing warranties are provided by the repair facility -- and parts warranties are in effect with independent repair facilities as well.

​-- If you are involved in an accident, contact your insurance agent before seeking an estimate. If your agent asks you to obtain an estimate, give us a call at 734-1308 or stop in for a fast, free assessment of the damage. If your vehicle isn't drivable, let us know and we can help you make arrangements to transport it here for an estimate.

-- If an agent or insurance company attempts to steer you to a particular repair facility, understand that the decision on where to have your vehicle repaired is always yours.
